 Return Policy. Due to the nature of our online site, and the products listed, we Passion Diecast Have a strict policy of no return. No product can be returned unless the product is defective and that the defect or failure is not caused by transport companies or improper handling or use of your shares, then the item will be exchanged for the same item or similar, we do not do refund any claim must be made no later than three days after receiving the product, Return Fees are the responsibility of the Customer.

Order canceled

for any order canceled after processing, especially those containing available products or with pre-ordered products, a 10% service and restocking fee will be retained from the reimbursement.

Pre-Order canceled

for any Pre-order canceled a 5% service charge will be deducted from the refund. 

Hotwheels Pre-Order

Hotwheels pre-orders you have one week from the date of purchase to make any changes or cancel subject to the pre-order rule . After this date it is no longer possible to cancel. 

Order processed or in preparation 

For any change in a invoice  already processed or in preparation , there is a $5 service charge. 

USA and International Sales

For all USA sales we accept Credit Card with your confirmed address or Payment with Paypal all other transactions will be refused and refunded.

For all International sales we accept Payments with Paypal Confirmed only all other transactions will be refused and refunded.

Shipping Fees
Under no circumstances will we refund any shipping fees if you refuse or if the package is returned to us the return shipping fees will be at your expense.

for all international sales the import fees and Taxe are at the customer's expense 

All our products are new unless otherwise stated.
Our policy is to make sure that you receive a product in perfect condition and that no parts are missing, so we inspect and photograph all our products before shipping, this also to prevent some malicious customer abuse.
if you prefer to have a sealed Unopened product please mention it to us at the time of your purchase, but under this condition you assume the responsibility if a part is missing or if there is a Defect on the product and we will ship it to you according to your recommendation.

Shipping and Carrier

Passion Diecast offers you a choice of carrier
and we are in no way responsible for any delays, mishandling or loss of the package it is advisable to use or select the shipping option expedited or exprespost that comes automatically with insurance up to 100$ see the rules on the Canada Post website.

Due to the large number of theft of packages and the large number of claims, any order over $100 or to an address that we consider insecure is sent with a card for pickup, and this until Canada Post stops leaving packages in insecure locations.

packaging and color of the product  may differ from that shown on the website as manufacturers can change it at any time
