Qantas Airways, founded in 1920 in Queensland, is Australia’s leading airline and the third oldest in the world. Qantas’s Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner VH-ZND, nicknamed “Yam Dreaming " (Emily Kame Kngwarreye), is a long-range airliner adorned with a unique Indigenous artistic livery, unveiled in 2018. Registered as VH-ZND, this aircraft showcases Australian Aboriginal culture through a design featuring the yam, connecting art and aviation technology.
