The Airbus A320neo with registration number D-AING (nicknamed “Kerpen”) is a medium-haul airliner operated by the German airline Lufthansa, which has been given a special “100th Anniversary” livery to celebrate the centennial of the founding of the historic Deutsche Luft Hansa in 1926. Delivered in 2017, it primarily operates short- and medium-haul European routes from the airline’s main hubs, such as Frankfurt Airport.
