GeminiJets Gemini MACS
The GeminiJets "Gemini MACS" series (Military Air Command Series) features ready-to-use detached military aircraft models.
Built by McDonnell Douglas as a military transport aircraft, the C-17 Globemaster III was commissioned on September 15, 1991. This huge aircraft is used for strategic airlift of cargo and troops, and is capable of rapidly deploying and supporting combat troops in combat areas. Among its many other uses are medical evacuation, air drop and tactical air transport. Equipped with four reversible turbojet engines, the C-17 requires only a crew of three (pilot, co-pilot and loadmaster). Its maximum payload is 170,900 pounds and it can transport and drop 102 parachutists and their equipment.
