ALASKA AIRLINES BOEING 787-9 DREAMLINER / N784HA

GEMINI JETS 400 / 1:400 / GJASA2400

Founded in 1932 in Anchorage, Alaska Airlines (a subsidiary of Alaska Air Group) has grown to become the fifth-largest airline in the United States. Renowned for its customer service and unique heritage, it now operates a large fleet consisting primarily of Boeing 737s and serves numerous destinations in North America, Hawaii, and around the world.  Although its identity is strongly tied to the state of Alaska (where it maintains a base at Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport), its headquarters and main hub are located in Seattle-Tacoma. It also has major hubs in Los Angeles and Honolulu (thanks to the integration of Hawaiian Airlines). In 2021, Alaska Airlines joined the global Oneworld alliance, thereby offering its customers access to a much larger international network. The integration of the long-haul fleet marks Alaska Airlines’ transition into a true global carrier with routes to Asia (Tokyo, Seoul) and Europe (Rome, London).

The Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner N784HA is Alaska Airlines’ very first long-haul wide-body aircraft. Featuring a global livery inspired by the Northern Lights, it has been configured with 300 seats (including 34 Business Class suites). It inaugurated the airline’s first transatlantic flight to Rome in May 2026. Originally delivered following the integration of Hawaiian Airlines (hence the “HA”), it joined the Alaska Airlines fleet in late 2025 to kickstart the airline’s international expansion.
