Horton Ho 229
A true revolutionary aircraft, the Horten Ho 229, the first flying wing powered by jet engines, was the subject of a production order and would probably have been put into service if the war had continued until 1946. This model of one of three Ho 229 fighter-bomber prototypes built for flight testing is every bit as creative as the originals, right down to the realistic flying wing body and jet engines.
