Flair Airlines is a Canadian low-cost airline based at Edmonton International Airport.
Some very basic detective work revealed that the Boeing 737 MAX 8, now registered C-FLGD with MSN 43957, has had a series of three prospective operators. The aircraft was built in 2020 and was destined to be delivered to LOT Polish Airlines, but was ultimately not taken up by the Polish carrier.
Records show it was then listed as heading for Bonza to carry registration VH-UMQ issued by Australia's Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA). However, again, the 737 was later listed as not being taken up. However, it was ultimately registered to Flair Airlines with the Canadian tail number C-FLGD (MSN 43957) and delivered to Flair airline.
